Alexandre Lamot has over 30 years of experience in investment management, spanning fund management, investor relations, and strategic advisory. He has held roles at Goldman Sachs, GIC (Singapore), Arthur Andersen, Rockspring, and MSCI.
He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Louvain and a Master’s in Urban Planning from Harvard University.
He serves on the Advisory Board of the Urban Land Institute Belgium and lectures at the Executive Masters in Real Estate at University St. Louis Brussels.
Sonali Chandmal spent 20 years at Bain & Company across San Francisco, London, and Brussels, where she led projects in strategy, organizational knowledge, and digital innovation. Before that, she worked at Robertson, Stephens & Co. in San Francisco and Mumbai, focusing on tech IPOs and M&A.
She currently serves on the boards of Ageas, Medicover, BW LPG, and Ackermans & van Haaren, as well as the Harvard Club of Belgium and Chapter Zero, a WEF initiative on climate governance. She was also a trustee of the International School of Brussels (2012–2020).
Sonali holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from UC Berkeley.
